MRCPCH –  Membership of the Royal College of Paediatrics and child health

  • Theory and Science (TAS)

MRCPCh part 1 is available 3 times every year, in February, June, and October.

MRCPCH 1 Final Mock Exam 1

Candidate will be allowed up to 6 attempts at each part of MRCPCH, and required to finish the clinical exam within a seven-year from pass the last theory exam
candidates must provide the primary medical qualification to be eligible to sit the first exam 
At least one of the MRCPCH theory examinations must have been successfully completed/be valid within the last 7 years.
NO. This rule only affects examinations that you are still to pass and not those that have already passed

£415 for 1 paper £690 for both
FOP paper in 2.5 Hours and the questions are typically a combination of: SBAs – 79 questions EMQs – 6 questions (3 statements or clinical scenarios in each) TAS paper takes 2.5 Hours, and The questions are typically a combination of: SBAs – 70 questions EMQs – 10 questions.
